1. Commitment
We want people to be able to assess, purchase, and manage a service regardless of technology or ability. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
2. Conformance status
KnowledgePanel.io is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. We do not claim full conformance while the limitations below remain open.
3. Measures in place
- Semantic headings and labeled form controls.
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation.
- Reduced-motion handling for users who request it.
- Responsive layouts for mobile and desktop use.
- Plain-language labels and validation messages on core forms.
4. Known limitations
Complex dashboard tables may require horizontal scrolling at high zoom, some status updates may not yet be announced consistently by screen readers, and third-party payment or authentication interfaces may have limitations outside our direct control. These areas are included in our remediation backlog.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers, keyboard-only use, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings, and commonly used screen readers. Older browsers or third-party payment and authentication pages may behave differently.
6. Feedback and support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email hello@knowledgepanel.io with the page URL, the barrier you encountered, and any assistive technology used. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
7. Testing approach
We review core journeys with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, reduced motion, automated accessibility checks, and representative screen-reader testing. The priority journeys are assessment, account access, checkout, and governance pages.
