1. Agreement and eligibility

By using KnowledgePanel.io, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from our Policy Centre. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.

2. What the service provides

We provide public-source entity assessments, reports, monitoring tools, strategic recommendations, and optional implementation services. A readiness score describes the evidence checks shown in the report. It is not confirmation that a Google Knowledge Panel is live.

Google controls its search results, Knowledge Graph, eligibility decisions, and display changes. We do not promise that a panel will be retained, changed, or displayed for a particular search, except for the specific refund commitment stated for an agreed Identity Engineer project.

Public assessment reports

Every completed assessment automatically generates a public identity report, including guest and free assessments. There is no private assessment option. The public summary can be accessed without an account and may be indexed by search engines. It excludes the submitter’s email address, account, payment, order, and private conversation details. Repeated assessments with the same identity details may update the same public URL.

Reports describe observed public-source evidence at the stated time. They may be incomplete or contain errors and do not establish ownership, endorsement, wrongdoing, or the absence of a source. Do not submit confidential information, impersonate the subject, or use assessments to harass or mislead others. Publishing a report does not guarantee Google indexing, ranking improvements, or a Knowledge Panel.

Correction, objection, and removal requests can be sent to the contact address in our Privacy Policy. We may correct or withdraw reports where appropriate, including for privacy, accuracy, or abuse concerns. Search engines and third parties control their own cached results and copies.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access. We may require identity or authority checks before making changes to an entity or delivering a service.

4. Orders, scope, and delivery

Before payment, we show the selected entity, service scope, add-ons, total price, and the main delivery steps. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display an order confirmation. Delivery may depend on receiving complete, accurate information and timely approvals from you.

If a material scope change is needed, we will explain it before carrying out additional chargeable work.

5. Prices and payment

Pro costs $79.99 USD per month for each subscribed person or business. Eligible new subscribers receive three days free after subscribing with a payment method. The first monthly charge follows the trial unless cancelled, and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The checkout shows your charge date and total before you confirm. Existing monitoring subscribers retain their agreed price and allowance.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include or identify applicable taxes where required. Card and other supported payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, currently Stripe where available. A cryptocurrency option will only be offered when a supported processor, currency, network, final amount, and refund treatment are shown before payment.

We do not ask you to send cryptocurrency directly to an address presented outside the approved checkout flow.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Pro subscriptions: Manage or cancel in Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the trial or paid period ends. The Identity Engineer project refund below does not apply to Pro subscriptions.

Identity Engineer projects: If our Identity Engineer team does not get your agreed Google Knowledge Panel live within 4–7 weeks, we will refund your full project payment. Your written quote confirms the project start date, delivery window, and what counts as a live panel before you pay. This is a refund commitment for the agreed project, not a guarantee of Google’s decisions or future panel retention.

For other cancellation or refund requests, contact us promptly. Eligibility depends on the service, work already started or completed, digital content already supplied, and any rights that apply by law. Any service-specific exception must be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

Submit information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you are entitled to use.
Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority over an entity.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
Review recommendations and supplied materials before publishing or relying on them.

8. Google and third-party services

KnowledgePanel.io is independent from and is not endorsed by Google. Public-source checks and links may depend on Google, Wikidata, Wikipedia, websites, authentication providers, payment processors, and other third parties. Their own terms, policies, availability, and decisions apply to their services.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, software, templates, and pre-existing materials. You retain rights in content you submit. You give us permission to use submitted content as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service, including the public identity summary described above. This does not give us permission to publish your contact email, account data, or private messages.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update features, security controls, providers, or these Terms. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, third-party platform decisions, or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied to us. For business users, our aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Ending or suspending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, or protection of users and the platform. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and available next steps.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the country where you live.
